Hosted in partnership with Africa FM, the 2024 SAFMA International Conference marked a defining moment for the facilities management profession across the continent. The event brought together leaders, innovators, and professionals from South Africa and beyond for three transformative days of dialogue, discovery, and digital progress.

Held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), this fourth annual international conference explored how technology, sustainability, and human-centred design are reshaping the built environment. Under the theme “Accelerate FM in Africa: Digitise your world,” the programme examined the evolving role of facilities management in driving efficiency, safety, and sustainability in an increasingly digital era.
